• Respond to customers regarding the tracking and order status of their workout equipment

• Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped, when it should arrive, and if anything is on backorder

• Respond to customers who want to cancel their orders

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 1+ years of Call Center OR Customer Service experience

- Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook

- Ability to type 40+ words per minute
