- Assist users in troubleshooting Apple and PC based computer systems - Monitor and maintain hospital EMR computer systems such as Epic - Configure hand held devices including Apple and android based smart phones to work with MS Exchange server - Re-image PCs for use throughout the Hospital system - Configure both Mac and PC based computers to work with Citrix remote applications - Utilize Service Desk Express ticketing system to triage incidents and work orders for entire medical system, including ambulatory offices - Escalate incidents to appropriate divisions within the information systems department - Assist users in troubleshooting various software applications such as Outlook, MS Word and hospital based systems - Respond to requests for password resets after verification using active directory and report express - Process all initial requests for access to various computer systems - Assist in training incoming internal employees - Diffuse potential situations using knowledge and courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction

1. Troubleshooting issues related to the windows OS 7 & 10 2. Experience using a VPN Remote support tool to resolve Tier 1 issues 3. Active Directory- Creating and maintaining accounts, Password Resets, permissions A nice to have for this position would be experience on the server side racking and stacking. Checking ports for connectivity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This is primarily a Tier 1 helpdesk position however outside of resolving incidents over the phone and remotely this resource could be tasked with supporting other projects that are in need of additional support. Verbal and written communication skills, excellent documentation skills and ability communicate effectively over the phone.
