Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service/Call Center
  • 2+ years Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Team Player
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal and Listening
  • People-Oriented
  • Self-motivated

Job Description:

  • Drive excellent performance through coaching and performance management conversations in a one-on-one setting and team setting
  • Supervise and motivate Customer Service Reps to meet goals
  • Track performance and KPI's
  • Handle escalated customer calls
  • Establish and enforce company procedures
  • Communicate with Management team about rep performance or concerns
