The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls. The calls will typically be from patients with questions surrounding their bills that they had received.

Requirements:

  • Must be patience with callers while explaining why they were billed in various ways
  • Must be able to talk and type at the same time while referring to employee handbook
  • Candidate will also return voice-mails twice a day and at times, may be asked to make outbound calls to collect payments
