Customer Service Representative

Taking inbound calls of two different types:
1. Upgrade/New Product-Customers calling in looking for advice on new products.
2. Replacement parts-Customers calling in asking questions on current issues that they are having with their current products. Candidates will be trouble shooting issues over the phone. They will be guiding customers toward the correct replacement part.
