-Must have at least 1-2 years of injection mold experience

-Perform machine operations and control.

-Follow start up and shutdown procedure.

-Perform 1st piece inspection and continuous inspection.

-Perform product change over, cleaning and adjustment.

-Perform trouble shooting, line clearance and cleaning.

-Setup and calibrate equipment as required.

-Read work order and follow Bill of Materials (BOM).

-Material preparation procedures.

-Quality inspection and scrap reporting.

-Work station organization and cleanliness.

-Follow established company policies.

-Follow established health and safety procedures.

-Fill out proper documentation (e.g. traveler, production ticket, daily production report).

-Follow work instruction and product specification.

-Follow quality control inspection points.

-Perform measurement verification with all relevant Quality equipment.

-Follow GMP’s.


M-F: 2nd Shift (1pm-9pm)


3rd Shift (9pm-5am)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-2 years of experience as a machine operator

strong understanding of injection molding.

-Ability to troubleshoot machines and do basic repairs
