Sr. Electrical Engineer

1) Play lead role in the architecture and development of electrical circuits for batteries, chargers and rechargeable battery based systems.
2) Directly contribute and or supervise small teams to accomplish the following:
a. Create schematics
b. Work with contractors to realize PCB layout.
c. Interface with mechanical engineers for power and packaging considerations.
d. Develop test plans for product qualification and acceptance.
e. Qualify final product or systems.
f. Record, analyses and interprets test data, including modification and retesting products.
g. Prepare product documentation, writing reports and giving presentation.
3) Provides technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals.
4) Administer feedback on team members during annual performance review.
