Role The Brokerage Operations Back Office Support Representative is a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of non-client facing general clerical support tasks and work diligently with a high degree of attention to detail. Other responsibilities include providing data entry across multiple teams on an ad-hoc basis. Responsibilities • Review static client and account source documents and enter data in corresponding data fields by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures • Reconcile deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to Team Manager for resolution. • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes • Maintain logs of activities and completed work Requirements • Must work well in a team environment • Must be able to process work with a near perfect error ratio • Must have ability to work independently and display personal time management skills • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • Military experience may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience
