Must have experience with Microsoft Office Experience.

90% Email communications
10% Phone communications

Process customer applications
Provide email and phone support to applicants
Follow SOPs to review applications and documents for accuracy and completeness
Provide Technical support for online apps and document submissions
Communicate effectively with customers through Email and phone interactions
Process customer applications
follow procedures and standards for applicants
Review data and issue incentives
Verify applicant status and provide proper solutions
Update database information for project
Assist in answering questions regarding eligibility
Participate in meetings workshops etc.
