Description:
Machine Helper/Laborer openings
Pay = $15-$17.25/based on shift and experience
- Will receive a pay increase upon hire
- $0.25 shift differential
- Eligible for pay increases every 6 months once hired
-90 day contract to hire
-Must be open to all shifts:
1st is 8am-4pm
2nd is 4pm-12am
3rd is 12am-8pm
AND/OR
-A shift-Sun, Mon, Tues 4am-4pm; Wed-4am-10am
-B Shift-Sun, Mon, Tues 4pm-4am;Wed 4pm-10pm
-C Shift-Thurs,Fri,Sat 4am-4pm; Wed 10am-4pm
-D Shift-Thurs, Fri,Sat 4pm-4am; Wed 10pm-4am
Assist with the setup and operation of tandem rolling mill machinery
Installation and adjustment of rolls, threading up, first piece inspection, welding, and general clean up
Utilize precision measurement instruments and tape measure
Perform basic shop math calculations
Set-up and operate wire machine with minimum supervision.
Change over equipment and ensure quality of product.
Make changes in prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality products.
Perform necessary test and measurements to assure product meets required specifications.
Keep accurate products data and records as required.
Correct or adjust any machine malfunction immediately to ensure continuity of production and quality of next process.
Report any major machine malfunction immediately to Supervisor.
Continually inspect products while performing other duties.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Assist in other duties as directed by Supervisor

Brake Press, Stamping Press, Machine Operator, Injection Mold, Extrusion, Measurement Tools, General labor, Production

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-6+months of heavy manufacturing
-Prefer machine operation experience
-Experience with mics/cals a plus
-Consistent work history (no job hoppers!)
- Contractors must have a safety mindset!
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
- May be required to kneel, crouch, etc throughout a given shift while operating
