Must Haves:


Mill Machining

Precision Measurement Tools

-Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified

-Utilize knowledge of G-codes

-Perform all necessary offsets

-Work with Fanuc Controller

-Read and interpret schematics

-Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met

-Cleans, deburrs, and preps material as needed to remove sharp edges and allow for correct placement and alignment in vises or fixtures

-Understands thoroughly how to dial in, indicate, and set zeros in order to machine features effectively and accurately

-Thoroughly understands how to read and interpret GD&T callouts on part prints in order to effectively qualify parts

-Performs minor editing of the CNC programs and communicates changes to programmer through company best practices

-Perform all necessary machine maintenance

-Follow safety standards at all times

-Keep all work areas clean and organized

-3+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist
