Job Description: - Perform food production tasks on the packaging line and spot check packaging quality. - Candidate will be working on the production line to lead crew and the production team. - Candidate will document lot numbers, product code, and time on paperwork and monitor the fills to make sure they is no product waste. They will also make sure their area is clean at all times.

Job Requirements: - Candidates will have leadership/delegating experience from past jobs or hobbies. (Could be the captain of high school football team or a manager from a Perkins or retail store.) - Candidate will have a preferred 1 year of recent production experience in a regulated work environment. Food industry experience is preferred, but not required. - candidate will have preferred 6 month of computer experience and legible hand writing - Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs - Candidate must understand attention to detail The Line Lead has the accountability for verifying that the product they produced is made in accordance with the Customer’s specification and meets the company’s quality expectations. Although this position has no direct supervisory authority, the Line Lead provides direction and leadership to the personnel assigned to their production line.
