Inbound And Outbound Customer Service Representative

Will take inbound calls and make outbound calls involving automobile insurance claims Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into propriety medical bill review system Provide explanation of benefits, services and claims/reimbursement procedures when needed Communicate with providers, patients, attorneys, billing services, adjusters, and patient’s family members in a professional manner Review medical information via images scanned in our proprietary database Make outbound calls to providers, attorneys, billing services, and other insurers as needed to obtain any missing information Document information received in multiple applications
