Cable Assemblers complete duties such as assembling components, reading instructions, labeling wires, inspecting final products, adhering to safety practices, using testing equipment, and keeping the working area clean.
1. Ability to read interpret drawings and manufacturing procedures.
2. Ability to use standard measuring equipment – ruler, caliper, micrometer.
3. Holds or has previously held an IPC 620.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience assembling harness assemblies. Knowledge of wiring color codes, the ability to read manufacturing drawings, teamwork and effective communication.
