Description:

-This position is responsible for “submission to closing”

-Utilize strong communication skills to clear all Underwriting conditions in an accurate and timely fashion

-Communicate effectively with borrowers and team members

-Process and close 25+ files per month

-File intake from UW after approval

-Clear all underwriting conditions

-Keep pipeline updated at all times.

-Assist in training new Processing Department Team members as needed

Top Skills Details:

-Loan Processing (at least 2 years and experience processing the loan through its' entirety)

-Encompass experience (at least 6 months)

-Microsoft Office
