This position will be an on-site, processing position for the Property Preservation team. This position handles the initial request of orders and processes the requests to the vendor management team. Will need to be comfortable with working on-site at the office.
Processing property preservation work orders to be delivered to field contractors. This is a very quality oriented position - will be manually verifying documents, and documenting everything.
Processing Over Allowable requests for approval to appropriate guidelines. Work is complex and must be completed according to their guidelines.
Will be communicating frequently through phone and email. Must be capable of handling tough conversations when situations occur.
Will work out of 4 different computer systems:
- Aspengrove - to handle work orders and invoices
- Pres Portal - reviewing manual pricing and invoicing, verifying documentation/photos of properties, and final billing and estimates.
- Infinity - handling work orders and following up pending orders
- Web Direct -review financial information
Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate to resolve all servicing related issues.
Will review documents, photos, photo dates, and financial information to verify the information, pricing, and documentation is correct.
Document all client and contractor communication and actions across various computer systems. Will have templates for specific documenting that they must use.
Must be capable of prioritizing work effectively. Each processor is audited daily on certain work orders and must under that certain work is more pressing over others.
This position has the opportunity to move into other roles in the company including the Vendor Management team or Quality Control team.
This position is a black and white position at times but is also gray a lot as well! Make sure candidates are locked down on following thorough procedures but also being comfortable working through situations where there is no process. Must be capable of making a decision and pleading their case on their decision made at times.
This position is constantly changing due to the needs. Candidates must be comfortable working in a role that is constantly changing.
Microsoft Word/Excel and Data entry testing REQUIRED - must attach to submittal to client

1st shift - Monday thru Friday; 8am-5pm. Will have the opportunity to work until 4:30pm based on how long their lunch is. Occasional OT in the summers.
