Customer Service Representative

Aerotek has an immediate need for Entry Level Customer Service/Sales driven individuals. They will perform routine phone calls and data entry that are necessary for appointment setting and to perform customer service-related duties as assigned under general direction of the Customer Service Center Supervisor.
These individuals are going to be making OUTBOUND CALLS & reaching out to members while following a script to set up Preventative Care Appointments and Home Health Assessments. They will be setting these appointments from provider and health plan instructions, updating patient medical records with progress of phone calls, and following up with the providers after the appointments.
Eligible Candidates will have:
- High School Diploma
- Be driven and self motivated
- Must be professional and personable
- Possess excellent Customer Service skills
- Be open minded and mold-able.
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word and Excel)
