Our client is looking for an experienced full life cycle recruiter (they use a 3rd party for ref checks) to work remotely (must be based on East Coast) and join the growing team to help support the Manufacturing/CMC recruiting work. A lot of the positions will be mid-higher level and they do have a lot of folks come to them given all the news/success. They are outsourcing manufacturing right now because no real facility but working on it. With that said, they need to be more efficient at the tech transfer from the countries they outsource to as well as the local companies in the US. They have committed to producing the highest level of vaccines anyone has been able to produce in the world- roughly 2B in 2021. Which is important because it explains that even when they get their own manufacturing, they will still be needing tech transfer to work with partners.
This person will work with recruiting agencies, direct sourcing, job postings (with 20+ boards), internal managers to qualify/discuss openings/get feedback/set phone interviews, negotiating offers, and closing reqs out in general.

5+ years experience in Recruiting overall and then minimum of 2 years recruiting within manufacturing specifically CMC and tech transfer--> CMC recruiting experience is A MUST HAVE
They don't have time to train much so they need to be confident in their abilities.
They need to be able to handle 15-20 openings at a time---> these are all priority so person needs to truly be able to manage and successfully prioritize business (nothing is necessarily put on the back burner)--> IE, Can't wait, if don't get feedback, need to push for it so things need to move quickly
This person needs to be able to deal with ambiguity and a fluid work environment because things are constantly changing so ability to be flexible.
