We are looking for an experienced recruiter to sit on site at one of our clients. Please note- Aerotek is also looking for internal entry-level recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high volume of general labor workers
  • Manage workers on site- Giving performance feedback & handling candidates issues
  • Phone screens, face to face interviews
  • Working in Microsoft Outlook
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Attending production meetings
  • Handling hiring and terminations
  • Working with Production managers on hiring needs
  • Walking the production floor to speak with candidates and managers

Shift:

  • 1st Shift M-F, 40-50 hours

Pay:

$50k plus quarterly bonuses
