Civil EIT: Land Development

This person will be responsible for helping produce engineering drawings for a variety of civil engineering land development and site development projects. These sites vary from single family residential developments, multifamily developments, commercial and retail site development. The office is a design-forward collaboration between landscape architects/designers and civil engineers. Civil 3D will be the primary design soft ware used.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Excellent communication skills

A good understanding of grading, drainage, water, and sewer design

Competent knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Passion for land development + design

2+ years of related internship and/or job experience
