Our client is looking for a qualified Help Desk analyst with at least 2 years experience. 32 hours/week, 12+ month contract position

Top Skills:

2+ years supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 hardware and software issues.

2+ years working with Active Directory to create user permissions and create user accounts.

2+ years working with Ticketing systems to resolve helpdesk issues.

Ability to work independently

Experience Level:

1-3 years
