Aerotek is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to assist our client's Student Support Team in the Financial Aid Department.

Candidates are responsible for:
1.) Taking a high volume of inbound calls (60-80/day)
2.) Answering student's questions regarding billing and refunds, password resets and basic help with their accounts
3.) Will need to document each call-work within 2-3 systems
4.) May need to transfer student to a different department
