- will demonstrate a proficiency of skills to perform consistently above average quality of work in a timely fashion - Read blue prints and schematics - tubing, electrical troubleshooting - build panel boxes for hvac units -Provide feedback to Manufacturing and Engineering regarding the adequacy of selected components and hardware for the assembly process in an effort to improve manufacturability -Responsible for performing manufacturing operations on assemblies or subassemblies and/or electro‐mechanical assemblies used in devices of moderate to difficult complexity -Work under limited supervision using one or more of the following: drawings, visual aids and verbal and written instructions to manufacture subassemblies or final assemblies, and/or electro‐mechanical assemblies -Responsible in the troubleshooting of electro‐mechanical production equipment -At times will be working with personnel outside the immediate department, such as Engineering, QA and Materials 12 Custom Panel Assembly and 10 Panel Assembly Openings -The custom assemblers can pay up to $23/hour, the contract for the custom panel assemblers is guaranteed until June, once there is no need for custom assemblers they will still be able to stay on the Contract to Hire model, but would be asked take a pay cut if they decide to stay on. The Panel assemblers are the 6 month contract to hire. -Custom Assemblers will be working with larger, heavier panels and must have experience in the panel field. They are looking for these candidates to come in the door no training required

Requirements: • Experience with cut sheets- hand and power tools and measuring skills • Able to read blueprints • Ability to complete electrical wiring • Able to read mechanical drawings • Strong attention to detail and neatness • good oral and written communication skills, visual alertness and manual dexterity • Ability to work from established drawing and experience in a contract manufacturing environment
