The Quality Control Administrative Assistant will be assisting the Quality Control team. This position will be helping with records, buying, organizing, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining certifications as needed (Organic, NASC, Non-GMO, etc.)
- Assist in performing regular internal audits
- Update, manage, organize, and maintain appropriate documents for quality control and safety programs
- Prepare samples and tests of raw materials and finished products
- Assist entering batch records into company System
- Assist managing Production records and lot code trace-ability
- Assist with Buying team to manage expired products and Inventory
- Prepare required customer documents
- Other duties as needed

Must Haves:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office
  • Food safety knowledge is helpful, but not required
