CNC Mill Machinist (1st Shift)

Will be responsible for operating and setting up Haas, Matsuura, and Makino CNC 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mill maching centers with Fanuc controls. Performing precision machining on components used in the analytical instrumentation and life sciences, aerospace, defense, medical, and electronics industries (two main customers are Lockheed Martin and Datacard). Will be responsible for performing multiple complex set-ups each day. Materials working with: 60-70% Aluminum Various stainless steels Engineered plastics Titanium Molybdenum Hastelloy Short run machining (usually less than 100 parts)

Must Haves: - 3+ recent years of experience operating and setting up CNC 3- or 4-axis vertical mills in a machine/job shop. - Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints and GD&T. Nice to Haves: - Any previous experience with GibbsCAM. - 5-axis CNC experience
