*Process loading paperwork for dock for the shift and/or run.
*Monitor the loading of all outbound trailers at dock for accuracy, quality and completion on-time.
*Log all trailers loaded, including item, carrier, trailer number and runoff drivers worked.
*Ensure the Information board is current and correct with production schedule, daily plan and loading sheets posted and/or in-bins.
*Communicate with forklift drivers throughout the shift regarding the loading plan.
*Communicate via email with network carriers, 3PL’s and internal departments regarding status of loads and the weekly plan.
*Investigate and report any issues related to product, process, equipment or order completion.
*Collaborate and communicate with 3PL on all loads completed on shift going to outside warehouse.
*Verify trailers in the droplet for network carriers are current/accurate.
