Amazing contract to hire opportunity available starting ASAP that is Work From Home!
About the role
- Work from home, but must be able to pick up equipment from Orlando, FL (Must sit in FL)
- 90 day contract to hire!
- $12 an hour then $12.50 once you get hired on after the 90 days
- Need open availability between 8AM - 8PM Monday through Saturday (Will get an 8 hour schedule 5 days a week for a 40 hr work week, schedules are based off business need.)
- Training will be 8:30am-6:30pm for 2 weeks, virtually and paid
Essential Job Functions
- Acts as customer advocate in providing enrollment capabilities and sales assistance for callers wishing to enroll in one of our Medicare products.
- Enroll interested individuals in Medicare products
- Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Saturdays:00AM-8:00PM, Can expect 8 hour shifts between those time frames. 40 hour work week, 5 days a week schedule.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office/call center setting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail setting.
