Provide a high level of customer service and achieve the highest level of quality and solutions for those calls
Select best method to resolve issues being presented by customers
Identify any issues and take action to inform appropriate department and team
Maintain compliance and policies including privacy and HIPAA as well as other regulations
Handling calls with empathy and support
Utilize a CRM system to update information from the customers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma but prefers Associates or Bachelors degree
1 year previous customer service or patient support experience
Healthcare, health science, medical office experience preferred
Experience using a CRM or documentation system 24/7 center experience Knowledge of HIPAA desired.
