Customer Service Representative

- Responsible for inbound calls (volume is high during certain parts of the year)
-Receive inbound emails from customers and clients regarding pricing, product questions, shipping questions and more
-Make outbound follow up calls to customers on their questions and warranty needs for their products and purchases
-Respond to emails on customer warranty needs as well as any client supplier needs
-Assist internal departments with questions regarding customer orders
-Assist with special projects for clients and suppliers as needed
-Deliver world-class customer service to each customer

2+ years of customer service or office experience handling calls and client needs
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month (will get a day off during the week when you work a Saturday)
