This is a Customer Service role for a tech company, they handle tech support.

One of the Company's larger clients uses them for support with Large Photo Printing Centers.

This position will require you to reach out to the stores to make sure they received good service when their printer was being repaired. You may also reach out to provide updated shipping information.

Hours are 2pm to 10pm, with required Saturdays. You will get Sundays and one other week day off. There is a possibility of being put on a 10am to 6pm shift but their are more openings on the 2nd shift
