This is a non emergency transportation call center. This person is responsible for coordinating rides to and from doctors appointments for Medicare/Medicaid recipients. With an avg call volume of 80 calls/day. This person will need to have a high level of patience. This role essentially acts as the liaison between the member and the transportation company (Metro Taxi, Dial a ride, etc)

HS Diploma Typing test must score 25 wpm Customer Service Scenarios score of 75% or higher required, but ideally 80% Reliable transportation Logisticare is on the bus route
