Now hiring maintenance technicians on all shifts.
These individuals must strong mechanically, electrically, and have welding/ fabrication skills. Business is booming, they are expanding, and have a lot of equipment that they are bringing in from other locations. Production is running 50 hours a week but maintenance has been working on average 60 hours a week, you can expect a lot of weekends until they get caught up.
Hydraulics-Lock out tag out procedures able to read and understand hydraulic symbols, Flow charts, Adjust flow control devices, Have experience in hydraulic cylinder rebuilding ,valve repair / replacing, Pump testing and repair,
Safely de-energize system pressure , Change filters, Troubleshoot systems with schematics.
Pneumatics : Safely de-energize air pressured systems, Trouble shooting air solenoid valves and cylinders, General knowledge of air compressor systems, Good knowledge of pneumatic devices and their functions
( Cylinders, brakes, Bar stops, ect); Experience making basic repairs to pneumatic tools and air hoists.
Electrical: Excellent knowledge of electrical print reading and troubleshooting ,PLC and Ladder logic, Control voltages (24vac – 480vac)
Knowledge and experience with contactors, Motor starters, and overloads, experience with AB Variable speed drives , basic electronics, and ability to solder wires.
Mechanical: Must be able to Arc and Mig weld, up to ½” steel, Solder pipes, Fabrication knowledge, Able to use a torch , Experience in machine moving and crane erecting, Able to pass forklift training class.

-Be willing to work 60 hours a week and weekends
- Able to mechanically troubleshoot motors, gears, repacks for robots, perform tear downs
- Able to troubleshoot up to 480 V 3phase troubleshooting VFD's, motors, and other electrical components
- Able to troubleshoot equipment with no blueprints or legacy documentation
-Experienced with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
