Call Center Representative

Our client is a life insurance company that has been around for over 70 years and covers the tri-state area. They are looking to add THREE Call Center Representatives to their team that is continuously growing!
1) 1-3 years of Healthcare Call Center experience or other call center experience
2) High call volume experience
3) Flexibility to work 11-8 shift
-8-4:30 or 9-5:30 during training; MUST be able to work 11-8 post training even while temp and an occasional Saturday when asked.
-Call center is open 8am-8pm and Saturdays
-Field calls from members regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
-Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
-Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
-Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
