Opportunity: Customer Service, Inbound Call Center

Schedule: Fulltime. From 8:30AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Terms: Long-term

Work from home: No. This position is on-site.

Pay: $13/hour. $14/hour can be considered if healthcare industry experience is relevant.

Main Duties:

Providing customer service over the phone to clients that are in need of durable medical equipment and administering

their benefit plan accordingly. Data entry, take inbound calls, and manage the service provided.

This is a Healthcare Call Center setting, with growth potential!
