The candidate will be responsible for call center related customer service involving mortgage details.

-Primarily supporting the existing customer base.
-Answer inbound phone calls from customers
-Assist with resetting passwords, retrieving log-in information, updating addresses, taking mortgage payments over the phone as well as troubleshooting other basic technical issues involved with the registration process.
-Answer between 40-70 incoming calls per day.
-Make some outbound calls to verify client information.
