**This is a 1st OR 2nd SHIFT position**

**Candidates must work W2 directly through TEKsystems**

A TEKsystems client is in need of a Desktop resource to assist in the support of PC's, Printer's and RF devices used by end users in a logistics/distribution environment.

Support will consist of day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all of these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.

Technologies: Our client's consists of the following:

-Windows 7/10
-Microsoft Office
-Laser Jet Printers
-Supporting Zebra Label Printers
-AS 400 (experience with Client Access preferred)
-RF (Radio Frequency) Devices (this candidate needs experience with Wireless Network Connectivity)

Pluses Include:

-Network + Certification
-A+ Certification

Candidate must have a cell phone for receiving calls from Supervisor or Director regarding high priority tickets.
