Customer Service Representatives Needed!!

-Remote 100% after first 90 days-


Candidates will be working primarily with the existing customer base. These reps will help with resetting passwords, retrieving log-in information, updating addresses, taking mortgage payments over the phone as well as troubleshooting other basic technical issues involved with the registration process.

It is estimated candidates will take between 40-70 calls/day.

Candidates will also be asked to make outbound calls to verify client information.
