Description:
The Customer Advocate is responsible for assisting and educating members, providers and customers on products and plans offered by the insurance company and affiliated entities. This position researches, analyzes and resolves all inquiries, promoting a favorable image of the Company by demonstrating shared business values to all who contact. In addition, this position will foster and preserve reputable relationships with all members, providers and customers by providing accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries.
Questions commonly asked would be, “When do my benefits start?” “When do they expire?” “What do my benefits cover?”
If a call is more difficult, they won’t have contractors do call backs until they are a full-time employee.
They will then be trained in on these types of calls when they become a full-time employee.
Hours M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
