Seeking an HR Generalist to come in and develop HR policies/procedures and facilitat human resource functions including onboarding, employee benefits, recruiting, open enrollment, creating JD's streamlining interview process and training.

Skills & Qualificatoins

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Construction/Union Knowledge preferred but not required
  • Experience in identifying and developing employment policies, handbooks and benefit programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, developing relationships with both internal employees and external stakeholders
