Must Haves: Customer Service B2B ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle or others) someone with steady 2-3 year employment Candidates will be required to handle Customer service calls with current vendors/distributors. Will need to be a great problem solver and able to think outside the box. They will be processing and coordinating customer orders. Great trouble shooting skills are necessary. Fast Paced environment Essential Functions • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns timely • Provide information about products, services and the company as a whole • Enter sales orders and generate sales confirmations • Maintain sales contracts and price lists • Setup new and maintain customer profiles • Handle returns or complaints • Research solutions for special customer needs • Build a relationship of trust with customers, sales team and sales brokers • Work with Shipping Coordinator in handling detentions, carrier recoveries and other freight related issues • Assist with marketing effort on creating new product literature • Assist in preparing product samples for sales team • Be a strategic partner for sales team to retain customers and create positive customer experience • Other related projects may be assigned Competencies • High degree sense of urgency • Organizational and time management skills • Extremely detail oriented • Results Driven • Collaboration Skills Required Experience Must have minimum of five years of B2B customer service experience Must have experience with manufacturing environment
