-Day to day: they will get a text for their route , Claudia also follows up in a group text to touch base and get a heads up for expectations that day. They would pick up any supplies that they need. Everything for the orders and assignment is in the Ipad that they are going to be given. Go to the facility, draw on the patient based on what the ipad is stating. -Patient verification, bedside manners, order of draws, making sure that the patient is comfortable -Performing draws in geriatric patients -They will know their assignment for the whole day ; after each assignment they can go to the other assignment instead of going back to hospital location -They will have to follow a prompt timeline
