outbound customer service representative

Med device company is looking for an outbound customer service rep to join their growing team. This person will be making outbound calls to customers. They will be working through Company CRM. They run various marketing campaigns throughout the year. Some reasons they may call these people would be they had an appointment with a store but didn't buy anything, there waranty may be coming up and so see if they'd like to make an appointment prior to that, upgrading various products, or cleaning their products which they recommend. These customers tend to be older, some have been in quarantine the last 8 months, this rep must have a high level of empathy. They will be making anywhere from 160 to 300 outbound calls daily. They do not leave voicemail so they keep dialing until they get someone on the phone. They are managed on calls made, quality scores, and % converted who show up in store for their appointment.
