Description:
This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers. Job Duties include: Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, documenting customer concerns and problems, updating and changing account holder information, basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence.
Must Haves:
- Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy
- Positive Demeanor
- Customer Service skills
- Strong attendance MANDATORY
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Data entry and computer literacy skills
