Service Desk Technician - Level 1

TEKsystems' client in Ithaca, NY, is looking to add a Help Desk Technician to their team. This candidate would be responsible for supporting end users from a hardware and software standpoint.
On a day to day basis this candidate will be resolving issues and escalating necessary tickets to the right areas/individuals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ year of Help Desk
- 6 months Windows 7/10 support
- 6 months Microsoft Outlook email support
- 6 months of Network Connectivity and troubleshooting experience
This position is a 6 month contract.
