Project manager (minimum of eight years professional experience) to execute hospitality, commercial and residential projects throughout the Northwest. Ideal candidates are experienced licensed architects with substantial project management experience who are interested in applying their project leadership skills with the innovation and project team collaboration inherent to the design-build project delivery method.

Required Skills and Experience

-Management of project budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.

-Development of professional fees, scope of work and preparation of proposals and contracts for review by firm Principals.

-Professional verbal and written communication skills

-8 or more years’ experience including project planning and management

-Ability to manage and coordinate project teams and consultants in the execution to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.

-Fluency in Revit; Proficiency in SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 365, AutoCad, Sketch Up, Viewpoint Team

-Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution

-Licensure in Oregon and/or Washington (preferred)
