Looking for a energetic individual to provide technical support to customers at their facilities and through virtual technology. A successful person will be able to contribute to the efficient start-up of new production lines and/or troubleshooting downtime while building customer loyalty via Service support solutions. Travel will be required to perform assigned tasks onsite at customer locations throughout local metro Detroit, the Midwest and the United States. The key tasks will be preforming onsite installation support, configuration/set up of general maintenance tasks on electronic and electro-mechanical products and systems. This includes working closely with customers to identify needs, solve service problems in high pressure line down troubleshooting situations. Also, performing diagnostic repairs/board placement of electronic instrumentation control devices and providing training support for Kistler products and systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have: Associate degree in an engineering technology 3 years experience as a service engineer/technician or technical customer support. Experience with software and controls to measure, monitor and evaluate manufacturing process applications and products including familiarity with troubleshooting PLC's. Nice Have: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and assembly operations
