Description:

The Customer Service Representative will assist in answering inbound calls and emails from their clients. This Representative will be the middle person going in between the client (primarily doctor's offices) and the sales team. They must have strong customer service and organization skills to go back and forth between the two different resources.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Call Center experience is not required, but is highly preferred. Needs experience in providing customer service, preferably from a smaller organization that requiring you to problem solve. Must have a great attitude and have the ability to empathize with the customer. The goal is to make it a win/win for customer and client. Great computer skills is a must because the contractor will be working within multiple databases. Representative must be able to learn and apply new skills quickly.

Must Haves:

1. Must have strong communication experience, will need specific examples of solving problems over written communication.

2. 1+ year of admin and Microsoft Suite

- Basic User (aka can operate in but being a power user is not required) in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

3. At least 6+ months tenured customer service, retail, call center (Preferred) demonstrating

Nice to Haves:

1. BA or BS or Degree in Communication or Business

2. Call center specific experience

3. Organized and detail-oriented
