A Business Processing company has won the contract to service Connecticare for the state of Connecticut. These calls are inbound, members calling in to gain information about enrollment wand with general questions about their accounts.
Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM, Can expect 8 hour shifts either 8-4:30PM, 8:30-5:00PM, 9-5:30PM, 9:30-6:00PM
Essential Job Functions
* Acts as customer advocate in providing enrollment capabilities and sales assistance for callers wishing to enroll in one of our Medicare products.
Ensure compliance with all CMS requirements during sales presentations.
Enroll interested individuals
Acquire thorough knowledge of plan products and ability to communicate in easily understandable manner to prospects.
Understand and maintain basic working knowledge of ConnectiCare and Medicare products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promotional campaigns and develop working knowledge of departmental systems and software.
Test the Job Description: Can come from a retail background, customer service within metric driven retail store is okay for the position
