Associate Test Engineer

Role Summary
A technical expert, who is a self-starter with an innate aptitude for technology. A resilient confident technical professional/leader, who feels comfortable working in a larger team of professionals and has a lot of pride in their personal effectiveness and contributions. A person with a can do attitude and believes that they can solve any problem given the time and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
* Experience and/or familiarity with ATT, DPS, and Vehicle Spy software as well as Neo VI Fire and JMB Tools is a plus
* Modules needing to be updated/upgraded/fixed would be, but not limited to:
o HMI/VCU, HMI/CSM, Tuner - NGI, VCP/TCP, IPC (Cluster), AMP, BCM, ICS, CGM
* Monitor software release cadence (Vescom releases) to ensure the above listed modules are with latest software
* Willing to drive to team member remote work locations where the benches are located to address issues
* Ability to program/change VIN on the benches as the need arises
* Ability to remove a Theft Lock using Vehicle Spy software
* Pointing the benches to the desired back office environment as needed
* Replenishing data on the benches as data will expire from time to time
* Ability to support and take TFS cards to help on the manual/automated test case execution
* Experience conducting manual test cases for software products on infotainment systems

Qualifications
* 2+ years of QA experience or similar function with infotainment software
* Proven expertise using software tools to collect logs and configure modules, such as NeoVI Fire, JMB Tools, ATT, and DPS
* Hands-on experience with ECU programming, calibrating, and configuring
* A self-motivated individual who takes initiative in a constantly changing working environment
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle and Process work flow
