Health care collections client needs at least 2 Early Out Client Account Representatives.

Early Out:
Employees are placing outbound calls to patients with past due notices.

The early out team is responsible for being more customer service based and collect on accounts that could be anywhere from 1-120 days past due. They are assigned specially to 1 account because on inbound calls they answer the phone as, and on outbound calls introduce themselves as a representative of that particular account/company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. Top notch verbal and written communication skills.
Dan monitors their calls and the clients monitor their system notes, so both written and verbal communication need to be exceptional.
2. Someone who has a good attitude, is ready and eager to learn and can pick things up quickly.
3. High School Diploma

Attention to detail is VERY IMPORTANT, especially for the bad debt team.

**Experience with negotiation/setting payment plans/collections for patients is a plus, but NOT required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Medi-Tech system is a plus, but NOT required.
They also use ECW (e-clinical works), Cerner, and CPSI, but none are required.
Candidates are expected to touch and close 100-125 accounts each day
Attendance: Missing 2 hours or more in one day = 1 Absence/Occurrence.
3 Tardies = 1 Absence/Occurrence.
They can not have more than 2 Occurrences during their 90-day contract period.
Hours are Monday-Friday
8AM- 5PM. They get out at 4:30PM on Fridays.
Everyone takes turns working 10AM-7PM two days a week (Monday-Thursday).
